Gherkins / Pickled Cucumbers are preserved in in Natural Vinegar, Acetic Acid (synthetic vinegar), or Brine solution. We offer two packing options to our customers - Bulk Packing (unpasteurised in an intermediate stage) and Jar Packing (pasteurised and ready to eat) in glass jars.
